OzImages provides a number of services to several distinct groups of users, and each user should make themselves aware of the relevant conditions before they make use of these services.

General Information & Guidelines for Visitors

The Ozimages website offers quality stock photography available by license to genuine commercial photo users. There are no free images on this site.

All photographs are the legal property of the respective photographers and all photographs are fully protected by copyright. No images on this website are public domain content.

Many of the feedback and contact forms you'll find on this website are 'live' and allow visitors to interact directly with our photographers. Please use these with courtesy and respect, and only for genuine enquiries.

OzImages reserves the right to take measures to block any individual from accessing these features if we deem them to have abused or misused the service.

OzImages allows some users to publish a wide variety of content: both images and text, and while all care is taken, no responsibility can be taken for said content. If you encounter material you consider to be offensive, illegal or unauthorised, please contact OzImages with as much specific detail as possible.

OzImages reserves the right to remove any third-party content from the website at their discretion, without consultation or explanation.

Any advice offered on the website is for general information purposes only, and users are advised to seek professional advise on any financial, legal or business matter.

Clients - Photo Buyers

All photographs are available for licensing at the discretion of the respective photographer for a fair and reasonable license fee.

Any use of the images on this site is only granted when the respective photographer's Terms & Conditions have been met.

By using the various submission forms on the website to contact either individual photographers, or all photographers via OzImages, the Client agree to accept reasonable follow-up communications from OzImages.

By posting details of their photographic requirements to the OzImages website, the Client acknowledges that this information may be used for research purposes by photographers, and that may result in some enquiries and offers of photographic material.

Members - Photographers

Detailed Terms & Conditions for Contributing Photographers are available in the Member's Area.

All Members will be advised any time these are modified in any way.

Pending Members - Photographers

Pending Members are invited to submit a short Membership Application for review by OzImages.

OzImages reserves the right to reject any application at their discretion, and OzImages is not obliged to offer any reason or explanation for their decisions.

When a detailed Application Review is provided, it is to be considered 'invited' peer review, and the Pending Member agrees to take it in a positive, constructive manner.

Any advice or suggestions offered are to be considered personal opinions of the author/reviewer, and professional advice should be sought before making any financial, legal or business decisions.

Pending Members agree to provide detailed and accurate contact information, and understand they are setting up a professional business association.

OzImages reserves the right to contact any Pending Member at any time to verify the status of their application, and confirm their continued interest in contributing their work to OzImages

Pending Member photographers agree to only ever submit their own work, and claim ownership of any and all works submitted.

Any photos submitted for review will always remain the property of the photographer. Sample images will never be put on public display by OzImages, either on or off the OzImages website.

Sample images will remain on the OzImages web server until such time as the Pending Member either:
- Cancels the Membership Application process,
- Removes the images themselves, or
- Becomes a full Member of OzImages

Detailed Terms & Conditions for Contributing Photographers will be made available to Pending Members prior to starting with OzImages.
